About Your Appointment With Us

Your RMT is committed to providing the very best in patient care on a one-to-one basis.

A common misconception is that massage therapists provide only “hands on” therapy. Your RMT is also trained in rehabilitative exercise such as stretching, strengthening, and postural exercises, in addition to the use of hydrotherapy.

Your appointment time with us includes a discussion about your medical history, assessment, informed consent, hands on treatment, and education on homecare and preventative measures you can take to help you achieve your goal.

Direct Billing

Massage therapy is covered by most extended health care plans. We provide direct billing for many private insurers.  Sometimes a physician’s referral is required for reimbursement of claims.  Please check your plan for eligibility and any referral requirements.

Please note: We do not offer direct billing to WorkSafe BC or MSP at this time.  As such, we are unfortunately unable to treat injuries related to an open WorkSafe BC (WCB) claim.
