24 hours notice is required for change or cancellation of appointments. If insufficient notice is given and we can not fill the appointment or you miss your appointment, you will be responsible for full payment.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer direct billing to MSP, ICBC and WorkSafe BC (WCB).  Patients on MSP premium assistance or with an ICBC claim will be required to pay the full amount for the treatment and will be issued a receipt which can then be submitted for the reimbursement of the eligible amount.  We are unable to treat injuries related to an open WorkSafe BC claim.   Please contact us if you have any questions regarding MSP or ICBC claims.
