Donna Thorne, RMT/Owner
Donna graduated in 2012 from the Massage Therapy program at West Coast College of Massage Therapy (WCCMT). Donna is a treatment oriented therapist who provides a tailored approach by working with her patients, through discussion and assessment, to find and treat the root cause of the pain or dysfunction. She develops a treatment plan for each individual, utilizing a combination of techniques to facilitate her patient’s return to optimal function and mobility.
As a recreational hockey player, skier and snowboarder, Donna knows about injury rehabilitation and how to treat the misalignments that life brings. She has advanced training in fascial techniques and also works as a Clinic Instructor for the RMT program at the Kelowna campus of Vancouver Career College.
Caroline Braun, RMT
Caroline is a graduate of the 2-year Registered Massage Therapy program at Vancouver Career College in Kelowna. Having worked in a behind the scenes capacity in health care over the last 10 years, Caroline decided to change careers so that she was taking a more proactive, hands on approach to both her career and her own health.As someone who suffers from chronic headaches, Caroline found that massage had an incredible impact on both their occurrence and severity. Massage had such a profound impact in her life that she wanted to be able to share that with others. Through hands on time, education, and the importance of self-care using both therapeutic exercise and stretching, Caroline’s focus is to get her clients to be able to live their lives to the fullest with as little pain as possible. In her free time, Caroline loves to spend time being creative, reading and walking with her dogs, exploring this beautiful valley we live in.

Alanna Hotchkiss, BHK
Alanna is a recent graduate from the Registered Massage Therapy program at Vancouver Career College in Kelowna, BC. She is currently studying for her board exams in March 2019 to become a fully Registered Massage Therapist. Alanna completed her Bachelors of Human Kinetics at the University of British Columbia – Okanagan in 2015, where she focused her studies in tissue and injury repair, exercise physiology, human biomechanics and nutrition. Alanna provides a deep, yet relaxing and wellness-based massage focusing on areas of tension, stress, and restriction, while enhancing the physical and mental wellbeing of her clients. Using her extensive knowledge of the mechanics of human movement and physiology with her hands on skills of massage provide a balanced, well-rounded, and effective massage for her clients.
For the last 5 years, Alanna has worked in fitness and rehab-based physical and personal training using her designation as a kinesiologist, personal trainer, and group fitness instructor. While she has worked in fitness for 5 years, Alanna has been a life-long fitness and sport enthusiast. Outside of the clinic, you can find Alanna teaching spin, bootcamp, barre, and stretch fitness classes in downtown Kelowna and West Kelowna, snowboarding up at Big White, and playing recreational volleyball.
