Caroline Braun RMT

Caroline Braun, RMT

Caroline is a graduate of the 2-year Registered Massage Therapy program at Vancouver Career College in Kelowna. Having worked in a behind the scenes capacity in health care over the last 10 years, Caroline decided to change careers so that she was taking a more proactive, hands on approach to both her career and her own health.

As someone who suffers from chronic headaches, Caroline found that massage had an incredible impact on both their occurrence and severity. Massage had such a profound impact in her life that she wanted to be able to share that with others. Through hands on time, education, and the importance of self-care using both therapeutic exercise and stretching, Caroline’s focus is to get her clients to be able to live their lives to the fullest with as little pain as possible.

In her free time, Caroline loves to spend time being creative, reading and walking with her dogs, exploring this beautiful valley we live in.
